Cancellations

A refund (less 10% per ticket) will be given for cancellations made prior to two weeks from the event date. There will be no refunds given for cancellations made within two weeks of the event, or for no shows. Registrations may be transferred from one person to another within your group at no charge. Registrations are not transferable to future dates or future events.

Children / Childcare

Childcare will not be provided at this conference, please make your own arrangements for childcare during the conference.

Waiting List

When the event is full, we will begin a waiting list. Names will be added to the waiting list in the order that we receive them.

Conference Hotel: The Westin in Downtown Bellevue

Mention you're with "Mars Hill Church" or "Resurgence College Conference" for a discounted rate. All guest room reservations must be made by 5pm PST on December 30, 2011 to receive the conference discount rate. Conference rates are available for Friday, December 30, 2011 through Sunday, January 1, 2012. If you need additional nights, please fill out the question form located on the College Conference website and our event manager will contact you directly.
