Lindsey Holcomb is a deacon at Mars Hill Church. She counsels victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, and she conducts training seminars to service providers and pastors. She previously worked at a domestic violence shelter and at a sexual assault crisis center. Lindsey has an MS from Touro University, where her graduate research was on violence against women and public health responses.
Lindsey and her husband, Justin, wrote Rid of My Disgrace, a Re:Lit book on gospel hope and healing for sexual assault victims. They founded and direct Mosaic, which is a non-profit organization that initiates projects in southern Sudan and Uganda that serves those who are suffering in these areas.
Lindsey also serves on the board of GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in Christian Environments).
