James Harleman

James Harleman, self-professed Christian and media geek, was born in 1973 and then born again in January 1998, all in Seattle, WA. He has served on staff with Mars Hill Church  overseeing guest services, membership, the public and members' websites, blogs, print publications, programming, and staffing. He teaches classes on Engaging Culture and conducts Film and Theology events. He’s been married to his delightful wife, Kathryn, for just over a decade.

Additionally, James administrates and writes for Cinemagogue, a blog on popular culture including film, television, comic books, and more (his favorite film is Blade Runner). He is currently working on a book exploring the interaction between film and evangelism.
