David Parrish

Dr. David Parrish is a pastor at The Rooted Church, an Acts 29 church in Fort Worth, Texas.

He's also a board-certified cardiologist at Consultants in Cardiology, a 15-partner private practice in Fort Worth. He received his MD degree from the University of Kansas, and he completed residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in cardiovascular disease at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Parrish is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Parrish's role at The Rooted Church is mainly in pastoral and counseling roles, as well as occasional preaching and teaching. As a cardiologist, he counsels dozens of patients a day regarding their health choices (and their spiritual choices too if they will let him).
