The Washington campuses of Mars Hill Church held their 2011 Easter service at Qwest Field. Over 17,500 people came, and 682 were baptized. This time-lapse video was set up on Thursday morning and ran through Sunday night, taking one shot every 30 seconds for 84 hours. The result: 10,080 frames, with the daylight shots condensed into these 36 seconds.

How We Built the Resurgence

This video reminded me of what we did to build the Resurgence. Here was the basic process:

1. Find people who care—not just a little, but people who are crazy passionate (on a small project just make sure you care)
2. Paint a big vision
3. Break down the steps
4. Build something together one step at a time
