New Re:Sound Album: Red Letter

Re:Sound is very proud to announce the first full-length album from from my old friend Joel Brown and his band Red Letter. Joel has been my closest partner and collaborator at Mars Hill Church for the last 10 years. Joel is now serving as the worship pastor at Mars Hill Ballard, our largest campus, which has freed me up to help out at another growing campus for this season. You can read more about his story here. It has been a huge blessing to me to see Joel grow from an intern to a pastor and one of the best leaders and songwriters I know anywhere.
I could not recommend a set of songs more strongly.
These 9 songs represent hundreds of hours of writing, refining, and recording, and each has a place in the worshiping life of Mars Hill Church. Red Letter joins lyrics born out of profound gospel reflection with aggressive music that matches the depth and weight of the text. I could not recommend a set of songs more strongly. Check it out today at Re:Sound. You can also see Joel and Red Letter streaming live all Easter Sunday as they lead at Mars Hill Ballard.
