Launched Re:Train

Re:Train is equipping 80 missional leaders to be Christ-focused pastors, church planters, and campus planters. A hand-picked team of some the top seminary professors from around the United States are serving the movement in very generous ways.

Web Growth

Over 1.5 million visits to our website in the first 11 months of 2009, up from 900,000 in 2008. Over 12,000 Facebook friends, and 9,500 followers on Twitter.

Launched Re:Sound

We launched a line of music to serve missional music leaders. We've gotten rid of painful things like CCLI licenses and are licensing our songs to be used for ministry purposes under a Creative Commons license. We launched our first album—Rain City Hymnal.

Advance

This spring we worked with Advance the Church and Desiring God to put on the Advance conference in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. 3,000 missional leaders were in attendance, and we gave away all of the media for tens of thousands more to download here.

Resurgence Booth

We got a booth so we could give away books and meet Resurgence folks at:

• The Dallas Book Expo
• Acts 29 Bootcamp in Raleigh

Military Ministry

We were able to help the military ministry at Mars Hill Church raise thousands of dollars and buy thousands of deeply discounted books to send to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan—especially Porn Again Christian and Pastor Dad.
