My name is Mike Anderson, I just got hired to become the Director of the Resurgence, and I'm very excited to get this beast running at full speed again. We've got a lot of great updates on the drafting table, so keep coming back this summer.

My Background

For the past 4 years I've been in Bellingham, Washington on the board of Oikos Fellowship, an Acts 29 church plant. I love church planting and solid theology, so naturally I feel so blessed to be a part of the Resurgence. I have a bachelors degree in math and education, but never actually taught—I was hired by an advertising agency before I graduated. One of my projects the last few years has been consulting with Churches through Ministry Growers. Last year I married the woman of my dreams, and this month we moved to Seattle and are getting plugged into Mars Hill Church. The community here is amazing, and I'm working with some of the sharpest people around.
